RED DEER PRESBYTERY

Effective December 18, 2006

We are seeking a 0.6 FTE energetic, ordained, diaconal minister, lay pastor or student who will convey the Gospel in a personal way understood by all.

The successful candidate likes people and enjoys visiting. He/She will facilitate our growth and understanding of pastoral care and community outreach.

We are a two point rural pastoral charge, 25 kilometers apart approximately 45 kilometers east of Red Deer, Alberta. Red Deer is approximately half way between Edmonton & Calgary.

The congregations have 125 families, with a mixture of long time supporters and a potential for growth. We would prefer, although not a must, a long term 3 to 5 years commitment.
